สตรีมีบทบาทในทางสังคมเท่าเทียมกับบุรุษทุกประการ การพัฒนาศักยภาพสตรีมุ่งเน็นการพัฒนาตามแนวทางการเสริมสร้างศักยภาพสตรีโดยการเสริมสร้างภาวะผู้นำแก่สตรีส่งเสริม ได้รับการพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน ความรู้ทักษะใหม่ ๆ ในการเป็นผู้ประกอบการ และการเข้าถึงข้อมูลข่าวสารในรูปแบบที่หลากหลายทันกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงทางเศรษฐกิจและเทดโนโลยีที่ทันสมัย มีส่วนร่วมในการบริหารและการตัดสินใจในการเป็นผู้ประกอบการ อีกทั้งผลักดันให้มีบริการการเงิน สินเชื่อ และการลงทุนที่เท่าเทียม และกระจายไปอย่างกว้างขวางในภูมิภาค เพื่อให้สตรีผู้ประกอบธุรกิจต่าง ๆ สามารถเข้าถึงกฎหมายและกฎระเบียบที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสตรีเพื่อให้สตรีมีโอกาสเข้าถึงและดวบคุมทรัพยากรการผลิต ได้รับผลตอบแทนในการประกอบอาชีพ ได้รับความคุ้มครองแรงงานแลธประกันสังคมเท่าเทียมกับบุรุษ

เกณฑ์วัดประเมิน (Assessment Criteria)

1. ผู้เรียนทำแบบทดสอบก่อนเรียน แบบทดสอบระหว่างเรียน และแบบทดสอบหลังเรียน (Students take a test before studying. Exams during and after exams)
